5. A comprehensive market evaluation is done prior to submitting any offer. I do a deep dive into the current value, local and national market conditions as well as the history of the property to ensure we have all the information necessary to make an informed decision to submit an offer.

 come into play at the offer stage. Your best interests are my number one priority and not only will I work toward negotiating the best possible price and terms – I will ensure that you understand all facets of the offer and have a legally bound contract that serves you.

Managing the details and deadlines
 is the next step once an offer is accepted. Whether it's coordinating an inspection, arranging for an appraisal, reviewing the property disclosure, removing conditions or ensuring your lawyer has all the details – I take care of all the details – big and small so you can just start packing!

required before closing such as the final walk through, connection of hydro gas, telephone, cable, internet, insurance is next. I will walk you through each step. I will provide you with a moving guide.
